Simple, effective, and quick.

I have been using this program virtually since its inception. I have purchased and used a variety of these types of applications over the years, seeking the “perfect” one. For me this has been the best product. It is simple to use. It allows me to group and filter my projects based on my own design. It updates both my applications and my web product essentially immediately so regardless of where I am, the device I am using, they are all synchronized and it does this very well, unlike other programs I have or have used. The simplicity does not work for everyone and in some cases I have utilized other programs. I use Todo List for my tasks and I group them by a functional area. For large scale projects I have used Wrike and found that another good tool, but more complex and requires more ongoing maintenance to leverage it effectively. Todo list is a great product for me and I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.
