Kind of a Catch 22
Just got a new retina iMac and installed Todoist, I had upgraded to Premium last May.
Not sure what is going on. It says this install is the free version, won’t take any edits to my correct email. Can’t log into my premium account, and when I tried to send a support request, it kicks me out of the email because it won’t let me log in… Thats on their site online.
I think it’s probably a VERY bad idea to buy the premium version from the app store. I don’t think I will be renewing—hopefully I can get in touch with them to not renew automatically. I may be forced to send a LETTER (if I can find an address!).
