Yet another poor task manager
I really don’t understand the state of task list managers. I mean everybody talks about how a ‘task list’ is always the first project a developer will build. However, no one ever gets it right. I wanted a business task manager that would be quick and simple to use, but allow me to (easily) add notes, sub tasks, tags, and organize.
I sort of get that every person is different in how they manage there lists and what automation they need, but Todoist just fails in so many ways. Horrible editor. Difficult and frustrating interface. Lot’s of unused whitespace in the interface, I mean really, what interface designer would let this product loose in the world? Not that Wunderlist is any better. After seeing some positive reviews on other sites, I took a leap of faith and paid for the premium ($30) Todoist thinking that it would enhance what the Free version gave you. Big mistake.
It is truly a sad state of affairs when it comes to Task Lists.
