Version 6.2.1 is currently unusuable, 6.2.2. fixes the issue

As other people mentioned, it’s just not working right now. Hopefully it will be updated soon.

Update 2015-09-29: Thank you for the fast fix, it works now on El Capitan.

As you can expect, native apps give you a little extra compared to the Web app. Todoist does that too - makes already great service even better.
